What’s your name and how did you get started?

Hi, I'm Marcus May, and I started doing makeup actually in college. Theater is my background and started bridal about seven years ago

What’s your favorite thing about doing hair and makeup?

So my favorite thing about makeup, specifically with brides, is it's one less thing that the company has to worry about when I walk in and they don't have to worry about anything when it comes to makeup stress off their shoulders. In general though, I love the art of transformation, so being able to have the before and afters, seeing the glow up type vibe is one of my favorite things about makeup. 

Fun fact about you?

My fun fact, lo and behold, is I'm a drag queen and I get to produce a troop called Mustache Envy in the DFW area, and I've been doing it for over 10 years

What’s your favorite product you can’t live without?

Ooh, there's tons of products I can't live without, honestly, my whole rebel bag. But if there's one, I had to choose. Primer and skincare is everything, so I'll go with Primer-Mineral Veil hourglass primer has SPF inside of it. Makes the skin look that much more perfect. Makes my job easier when I get to foundation,alleviates texture,it has some screen in it. It's like everything you want in one primer.
